Rules governing the use of CentennialAsset lifecycle auditing, modal frequency analysis, and strain gauge monitoring services for industrial overhead cranes.
CentennialAsset provides independent lifecycle audits, modal frequency analysis, and strain gauge monitoring for overhead cranes. Each engagement is defined by a signed statement of work that specifies the crane systems, measurement points, and reporting format. Deliverables include raw data, analysis reports, and a prioritized remediation roadmap. No verbal or implied modifications to the scope are binding.
The client must provide safe, unobstructed access to all crane components and ensure that the equipment is de-energized or operated under controlled conditions as agreed. The client is responsible for notifying CentennialAsset of any known structural modifications, repairs, or abnormal loading patterns prior to the start of work. Failure to disclose such information may void the analysis conclusions.
CentennialAsset’s reports and monitoring data are based on measurements taken at specific points and times. While we apply industry‑standard methods, we do not guarantee that all fatigue, buckling, or resonance risks are identified. Our liability is limited to the fee paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. In no event shall CentennialAsset be liable for consequential damages, production losses, or injury arising from crane operation after our inspection.
All raw strain gauge data, modal frequency records, and audit findings are treated as confidential. CentennialAsset will not share identifiable client data with third parties without written consent, except as required by law. Aggregated, de‑identified data may be used for internal research and method improvement.
Either party may terminate a service agreement with 14 days’ written notice. If CentennialAsset cancels due to client non‑compliance with safety or access requirements, no refund will be issued. We reserve the right to update these terms; continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
